I have read thru the threads and understand that when you import a template of a page into a new site, using the modified BB importer, the images are not transferred AND more importantly the URL remains hot linked back to the original site. To fix, you have to upload the images to your new site AND install and run a serialization script.
As an alternative, can your simply “replace” the photo in the BB module on the page on the new site and upload from local computer, and will it inherit the new site URL and still keep the styling. Or will it still use the old site URL in that space?
