Please could you point me in the right direction for my BBtheme web site (with BBplugin) to be properly viewed with a mobile and the ipad.
For the ipad - it is just the header and to make the top horizontal menu smaller.
For the iphone - it is the welcome banner and to have each of the headings under their relevant image. The footer is fine in all cases.
I have found the Change Row Background Image on Mobile View. I am aware of the advanced settings for a row where a row can be viewed for various devices but I am not sure of the mechanics of doing a menu or row just to be viewed by tablets or mobile. How do I set the width of the row for a tablet or mobile please ? Any other advice would be very welcome !
I apologise, but I am not quite what you’re trying to do. Therefore, is it possible for you to provide some screenshot showing what you want on a tablet and phone, please?
So you want to configure your page so that all the “High-Vis Bags”, “Waist Coats” and so forth appear below all the images on mobile devices (small)?
To do that you will need to set the modules that contain “High-Vis Bags”, “Waist Coats” etc… to display on “Large and Medium Devices Only”. You can set this on the Module settings > Advanced > Responsive Layout.
Then you will want to add a new row beneath all those images and add your titles via modules. Then set the Responsive Layout for those modules to Small Devices Only.
Hi Danny - many thanks. All understood apart from:
Then you will want to add a new row beneath all those images and add your titles via modules.
Re modules - Do I just add a test editor row beneath the current one and place the title in that please ? Sorry about the bone question but just so I understand.
I am trying to get the wording under each product rather than having all the wording at the bottom. I have loaded the page and narrowed the browser and though the wording disappears beneath each product when I narrow the screen, the wording you added appears at the bottom screen.
I have added another text editor under a couple of products and configured them to be seen on small devices only and yet they still appear at the bottom of the screen together rather than under the product. I am not sure how best to proceed.
Any advice - most gratefully received. Many thanks
I have been thinking about this and I think I have been stupid.
If I make the version I have now for large and tablet screens only and then do a single column with the four products with wording underneath to be viewed on a mobile only then that should work perhaps ? What do you think ?
This is probably what you were telling me but I didn’t realise. I think I need a walk as the brain is getting addled ! Thanks for the help !
Stephen
PS. edited - just done as per above and it works !
