Is there a way to have a contact form within an accordion or tab module setup?

Nesting modules isn’t currently possible at this time. What you can do is, you can save a Contact Form module as a template, then call it inside the Accordion or Tabs module via our shortcode. Check the link below for more info re shortcodes.
