Hi, I think there is a corruption somewhere when I try t download the psd files.
Safari says: The network connection was lost. Chrome download the files but adds the extension .cpgz leaving beaver-builder-psds.zip.cpgz. When un archiving this I get a zip file, which unzips to another zip file… Ahh…
Also, I have not had to enter a serial anywhere, using the agency plugin. Please talk through the updating process.

Yes, we are aware of an issue with the PSD download. I’ve send you a link directly via email to where you can download the PSDs. We plan on having a fix for the PSD download very soon!
Re. activating your subscription, that can be done in your WordPress dashboard via Settings > Page Builder > License tab. You’ll need to do this in the network admin panel. Let me know if you have any issues and we can go from there!
