Funny I had to resolve this on one of my sites earlier today

And in my case, the .htaccess option worked for me…
And BTW - this is not BB specific, you will have this issue with any sizable plugins you try to upload…

More to what Dave said above, you can also contact your hosting company and have them increase the upload limit for you, if that’s easier.
