Does anyone out there know how to change the starting zoom point of the google map. My client wants the map to appear on screen further out so show more of the surrounding area.
PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS OR TELL ME IF ITS NOT POSSIBLE.

Hi Kay! Sorry for the delayed response. Can you let me know what plugin you’re using to generate the map? Did you try using the embed code straight from Google Maps? That might give you more control? If you can tell me the plugin, I will take a look =D

Oh okay! From you last post I thought you meant that you were using the Google Map plugin you found. Unfortunately, our map doesn’t have an option to set the zoom =( – We can look into adding this as a feature. But, for now it would probably be easiest just to generate your own embed code using Google Maps. Here are a few tools/resources to help with that:
