I am trying to enter my licence key on to my freshly installed WP site and it’s refreshing and telling me that that it’s not active.

Sorry about the issues here! We had to temporarily disable subscription checking, but everything is back to normal now. Go ahead and refresh, clear any caching, etc. and you should be good to go. Also, if you are still getting the error, go ahead and login to your account on our site and make sure the domain is active where you are trying to use the license (domain manager).
