Is the Scroller Template limited in number of rows?

Hello, this is my 1st attempt at creating a page and I used the Scroller template.
I have done 12 rows and it’s not letting me add anymore. I need at least 4 more.

Should I move it to a ‘blank’ template to obtain more rows?
If so, how can I move from Scroller to blank without losing what I’ve done?
Thanks

Hey Sam,

Thanks for posting! There shouldn’t be a limit to the number of rows whether you use a template or not. What happens when you add another row? Does it have an error message?

Ben

Thanks for getting back Ben,
Actually before I just tried to copy a row and nothing happened
This time I tried to add a row and got this : Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/villagemarket/public_html/wp-includes/compat.php on line 121

Looks like it’s in Wordpress… can you help?

Hey Sam,

Yep, that sounds like a memory limit at the host. You may want to contact your hosting company. They should be able to help you there.

Best,
Billy

Posting for Sam:

I can’t find the original post dealing with this. But we have upped the PHP memory limit to 256M and still receiving the same error. Ask them if there is another memory limit that may effect the compat.php file

Here’s the message: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/villagemarket/public_html/wp-includes/compat.php on line 121

Thanks,
Sam

Sam, can you send us temp admin access via private reply so we can take a look? We may also need FTP access if you can send that in tandem.

Best,
Billy

Hey Sam,

I tried doing some changes to your configuration but I can’t test it since what you gave is the cpanel admin. Do you mind giving access to your WP admin instead? Or could you test if you still have the same problem?
