Hi!

I used the price box but the price does not appear.

You can see here.

I use the bb theme.

It is there but the font is white on a white background.

Change your accent color to a different color and it will appear.

Hi László,

That may be because there is a text color applied at the row or column level as I can see the price, but in white. You’ll want to check to ensure you don’t have a text color applied to either of those. Of course, if you need a specific color for the text above the pricing table, you can apply a text color to that individual module. Let me know if you need anything further.

Dave described the situtaton well, but the problem is that, I’m not set this!

The accent color is blue, and nowhere I set the background or font color to white.

Any solution?

Hey László,

You’ll want to change the accent color of the Pricing Box from white to something else. That controls the color of the price as well as the color of the text on the button. Please refer to the screenshot.

Take note you’ll have to do it per Pricing Box.

Unfortunately, what you wrote does not help, maybe you do not see the problem.

My accent color of price box is blue (fő-kiegészítő szín) and I do not want to change it.
Which You are marked in th picture (Fő-kiegészítő szöveg szín) is the font color of price. White is good for this.

The above fully good!

The problem is that, the price background not seen or white! I think that the price background must be colorized (accent color of price box).

I use child bbtheme but no custom css. I put the core “price” template to this page http://bbtest.reegl.hu/bbtest and price background is not showing.

Hey László,

I can see the problem now that you’ve referenced what it looked like in the demo. This looks to be a problem on our code which can easily be remedied if I have access to the plugin files. Do you think you can provide that? If not, this will have to wait until the guys come in later and apply the fix to the plugin on the server then you can redownload the plugin and reinstall it.

Hey László,

The only file I modified was the file frontend.css.php under /wp-content/plugins/bb-plugin/modules/pricing-table/includes. On line 28, it was missing an opening PHP tag. We should be able to patch that up with a fix in the next maintenance release.

Clear the cache on the site and you should be good to go.
