Hi,
I have a site that uses the plugin. I like it show much i have bought the template as well.
I have a dev site and I have saved all the current pages of my main site as templates, i then exported them and imported them into dev site.
When i import the template and select it on the dev site the page is blank?

No I have tried the patched version and still no diffrence.
I even deleted the templates from the database and re-imported.

Hey Ian,
Just gave it a shot using the patched importer Ben provided earlier and the templates imported successfully and I was able to apply them. I did try with the original importer first and they did not work, so make sure you deactivate and delete the previous importer/install the patched version.

I deactivated it, deleted it, re-installed the patched one twice.
Still no joy here.
I have now ditched and just taken a copy of the full site and working on that instead.

That should work as well. But we can still check on the issue if you want us to. We’ll probably need temp admin access to both the sites though, where you exported the templates and where you imported it to.

What I did, I enabled the templates admin on the page builder settings, exported all the templates you have there, deleted them all, installed the patched importer, and imported the templates you shared on the dropbox. Some work, some don’t, but I don’t really know which template has content. Do you mind checking?

Right, just checked it and still not working?
When I import the homepage template it works but the rest (e-learning) for example does not?
Maybe the problem is with exporting from the donor site with the bb plugin?

Yes, that’s what I was trying to check. If the other templates work and another doesn’t, it’s quite possible the culprit is with the contents.
