Saved Global row, module and templates are not available on network sites

Hi, I have recently purchased the pro version. I tested the plugin and works fine. I would like to re use the saved rows and module on different site under the network admin, so I can update it in one place.

For Ex: I have a Multisite wordpress installed on www.example.com. I added another domain www.new-website.com under the same network. Now I have two website running on one wordpress installation. I installed BeaverBuilder pro through Netwok Admin > Plugin and enabled “network activate”. I can use the BB plugin on both domain (I use domain mapping plugin). But when I save Rows / Modules / Template as Global, it shows under the “Saved Rows” and Saved Module Tab" of the current site but this saved elements are not showing on second domain www.new-website.com/?fl_builder. How can I enable this features. I want to re-use the saved rows or modules on multiple site under the same network and want to update this on one place. Please advice.

Unfortunately, what you’re looking to do can only be done on our Agency Version. Check the blog entry below for more info(specifically the section Agency Members: White Label the Template Selector).

For the Pro version, the only thing you can do to reuse templates is to Export/Import them.

Just saw your reply here - http://forum.wpbeaverbuilder.com/support/q/global-templates-available-across-multisite-network/#post-87065 but wanted to just focus everything on this thread you’ve created.

Unfortunately, what you’re trying to do can’t be done even on our Agency version. For the Global templates to work, they need to exist on the site they will be displayed on. Feel free to add this as a feature request though on our User Voice Forums. :slight_smile:

And sorry for my kinda hasty reply above. I initially thought you only wanted the templates available network wide, without the Global functionality.

Thank you Ben Carlo. I have already posted it on User Voice Forums. This function will be a great advantage to those who uses this plugin in business websites.

Hi Ben Carlo, The export template option is working for me. But there is no option to export selected template(s). When I export using Tools > Export > Templates, WP export the entire list of templates. Can you please check on this. Thank you.

Hey Fadi,

That is how it works. It’s a WP core function, not from BB, so we won’t be able to do much about it. Sorry I don’t have a better answer for you.
