Hi,
Purchased BB Pro yesterday and I downloaded the child and parent templates and the plugin. I was able to create a homepage using a BB template; however, my work will not publish when I select Publish Changes but WP shows the status of the page as published.
I’m new to WP and I’m not sure if I’m not doing something wrong. I read and watched the videos on tutorials for getting started and I think I’ve followed the directions. Any help would be much appreciated.

The same thing is happening to me. I am trying to use the plugin and publish a landing page within a Genesis Theme right now. And I change the picture and it shows when save. But after you save it, the picture goes back to the default skin that Beaver Builder had in place for a image.

Welcome to the BB forums! 
Do you have any caching plugins installed? Do you think you can clear its cache along with BB’s under Settings > Page Builder > Cache and see if that takes care of it? Can you both share the URL of the site this is happening on so we can check? You can use the private reply option below if you need to.

Thanks for following up on this. Thanks for your advice on clearing out BB cache. I did that as well as reinstallation of the BB plug-in and everything seems to be working fine now.
This is my first time building a website. That said, everything related to this is all new to me and I have to say that your product has been immensely helpful toward creating a site for my charity.
I can’t imagine the added time and cost in doing this without BB or paying someone to build the whole thing. Best of all, the savings and reduced time to launch will benefit the children whom my charity serves.
