Why Isn't There a Default Field Type of "Date" if There's One for "Time"?

    I’m curious why there isn’t a standard field available as a datepicker for “Date”. According to the docs http://forum.wpbeaverbuilder.com/custom-module-documentation/ there’s a field available for time. I’d think it would be sensible to add a date field as well.

    Any particular reason this hasn’t been included?

    Hi Philip,

    That’s a great question. TBH, we’ve only added new fields as we’ve needed them. For example, the time field didn’t make an appearance until the number counter module did. For now, you can create a custom field if needed as I’m not sure if we have plans for a date field yet.
